PROMOTIONAL TERMS

1. INTRODUCTION

The terms contained in this document (the “Promotional Terms”) apply to all promotional offers available through Sweepking.com (each a “Promotion”) and together with any applicable specific promotional terms, which may also be referred to as (“Special Promotion”), set out on the individual web landing page for the relevant Promotion (“Special Promotional Terms ”).

The present Promotional Terms and any Special Promotional Terms, as published from time to time, form an integral part of Sweepking.com Terms and Conditions. Therefore, by participating in any Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by Sweepking.com Terms and Conditions.

Sweepking.com is committed to making sure that its Players are playing responsibly and safely and that all Promotions and products offered by Sweepking.com are used in a responsible manner. If we believe that a Player is experiencing harm or is vulnerable, Sweepking.com reserves the right to cease offering a Promotion and will contact the Players to ensure that they are playing safely. We will routinely carry out welfare checks, especially if you are playing for long periods, but please take time to consider whether you may need help and look at our Responsible Gaming page if you feel that you cannot control your play.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotional Terms, any applicable Special Promotional Terms, and the Terms and Conditions, the Special Promotional Terms shall prevail, followed by these Promotional Terms, and our Terms and Conditions, but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict or inconsistency.

2. TYPES OF PROMOTIONS

Sweepking.com offers a variety of promotions and bonuses relating to Sweepstakes Games and any other products we may offer from time to time. Our Promotions, may include:

• ● I. Bonuses:sums which can be credited in Sweep Coins only on your User Account Balance for use on Sweepstakes game(s) and any other game as specified by us, which will be available for further redemption, subject to the fulfilment of the Playthrough Requirements (see Section 7).


• ● ii. Free Spins: is a type of bonus or feature round for online games. A Free Spin allows a Player a number of spins on Sweepstakes game(s) without using any coins from his or her User Account Balance. User Account Balance. 1 Free spin is equal to 1 free spin. The Free Spins are awarded for a specified game or group of games. At Sweepking.com we offer Free Spins for free. All Free Spins are promotional, awarded free of charge, and not for sale.


• ● iii. Cashback: During the Promotion Period or in the Special Promotional Terms eligible players may receive a promotional Cashback. Cashback is credited exclusively in Bonus Sweeps Coins (Bonus SC).

3. CONDITIONS FOR BEING ELIGIBLE FOR A PROMOTION

To be eligible for a Promotion, the Player shall fulfil the following conditions

i. Be the holder of a Player Account,

ii. Keep his/her personal data accurate and up to date;

iii. Accept and comply with Sweepking.com Terms and Conditions, as well as, with these Promotional Terms, and any Special Terms.

iv. You are not from any restricted states as per Sweepking.com Terms and Conditions.

v. No purchase is necessary to participate in any promotion or special promotion.

In addition to any promotional method described for a Promotion, eligible players may participate for free via the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) described in the Sweepstakes Rules. The AMOE provides equal dignity to all other entry methods, meaning free entries receive the same number of entries per action, are included in the same drawing(s)/prize pools, and observe the same deadlines as any promotional method. Sponsor will credit SC/entries obtained via AMOE upon timely receipt and verification as described in the Sweepstakes Rules. Void where prohibited.

4. RESERVATIONS/ CANCELLATION

Sweepking.com reserves the right to block any Player Account and to cancel any Promotion in accordance with the below Section 5. Sweepking.com further reserves the right to refuse any redemption and/or to cancel any prizes if it appears that a Player is in breach of Section 5.

Sweepking.com is not obliged to offer Promotions and does so at its sole discretion.

The Promotions offered to Players are intended for personal use and may not be assigned, in whole or in part, to any other Player and/or third party. Players may not share Promotions with other Players.

5. PROMOTION ABUSE POLICY

Promotions are awarded to Players to enhance their enjoyment of Sweepking.com through regular game play. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of Promotion abuse, and any other kind of fraudulent activity. Therefore, your use of any Promotion is subject to our review, and we reserve the right to take the following action against Players who have breached our Terms and Conditions, including breach of these Promotional Terms and Conditions:

i. Block access to any Promotion;

ii. Remove or cancel any Promotion and/or pending Promotion;

iii. Void or revoke any associated prizes made through the Promotion;

iv. Block and/or close the Player Account, at our own discretion.

The determination of what constitutes a Promotion abuse will be at Sweepking.com sole discretion, and includes but is not limited to the following:

i. Using more than one Player Account;

ii. Registering more than one account to take advantage of a Promotion;

iii. Playthrough the Promotion on games not part of the promotion;

iv. Promotion stacking by claiming multiple Promotions before having satisfied the original Promotion Playthrough Requirements;

v. Using the same Bonus and/or Free Spin more than once;

vi. Using a VPN, or proxy or masking IP address;

vii. Executing any of the above as part of a group or any other form of collusion.

6. NO WARRANTY, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We may cancel or modify a Promotion only for: (a) fraud, abuse, or material breach of these Terms; (b) a material technical error that compromises fairness or correct functioning; (c) ineligibility or failure to complete required verification; or (d) legal or regulatory requirements. Except where obtained by fraud or ineligibility, benefits already earned will be honored. If a material technical error occurs, we may void affected promotional playthrough/credits and restore the status quo ante. Nothing in this §6 limits our rights under the Terms of Use or Sweepstakes Rules. Promotional credits and promotional prizes derived therefrom may be voided if obtained through or tied to a payment chargeback or fraudulent payment activity. AMOE-earned SC and prizing will not be voided solely due to an unrelated chargeback.

We reserve the right to refuse or void a Promotion and related prizes in the event of chargebacks.

7. PLAYTHROUGH REQUIREMENTS

Regular SC require 1× playthrough before redemption. Bonus SC—and any prizes derived from Bonus SC—require 20× playthrough before redemption. Only settled SC game plays count toward playthrough; Gold Coin play and canceled/voided/unsettled plays do not. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, when you play with SC, Regular SC are used first, then Bonus SC. Where Special Promotional Terms specify 0× playthrough, those terms control for such Bonus SC.

Playing on any demonstration game does not count towards Playthrough Requirements.

8. BONUS

The following terms and conditions will apply to all Bonuses granted by Sweepking.com to a Player.

DEFINITIONS:

- Active Bonus: is a claimed Bonus which will be credited in your account which will carry or be subject to the Playthrough Requirements.

- User Account Balance: the balance of SC that has satisfied applicable Playthrough Requirements and verification and is eligible for redemption as a prize. This balance excludes any Active Bonus.

- Regular Sweeps Coins (Regular SC): SC that are not designated as Bonus SC; subject to 1x playthrough before redemption.

- Bonus Sweeps Coins (Bonus SC): Promotional SC awarded free of charge; subject to 20x playthrough and any Special Promotional Terms before redemption

TERMS:

i. The Bonus granted to a Player and the conditions to activate a Bonus, such as login, etc. It may vary from Promotion to Promotion as specified through the Special Promotional Terms so you must always read them carefully.

ii. Any claimed Bonus will be automatically activated and will be subject to the Playthrough Requirements before being transferred to your User Account Balance eligible for redemption.

iii. Any Active Bonus will only be made available for a limited period of time and available to claim until a specific date.

iv. Failure to complete the Playthrough Requirements within the following 30 calendar days from the activation of the Bonus will result in the cancellation of the Active Bonus and the ongoing Bonus Balance.

v. The Active Bonus can only be used with Sweepstake game(s), unless otherwise specified by Sweepking.com in the Special Promotional Terms.

vi. When you play SC, Regular SC are consumed first, then Bonus SC. Gold Coin play never counts toward SC playthrough or redemption eligibility

vii. User Account Balance can only be redeemed once the Playthrough Requirements have been completed.

viii. Active Bonuses will be automatically removed and cancelled upon any redemption request made prior to the full completion of the Playthrough Requirements.

ix. A Player will be able to redeem the Bonus SC amount once transferred to the User’s Account Balance immediately without any further conditions, only after full completion of the Playthrough Requirements.

x. We reserve the right to cancel any Active Bonus if, at Sweepking.com’s sole discretion, we consider there has been an abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent/irregular use of the Active Bonus and any such behaviour and/or activity will be considered as an abuse subject to the terms of Section 5 and result in the cancellation of the Active Bonus may imply the account closure, at Sweepking.com’s sole discretion.

xi. The present terms shall apply to all Bonuses granted by Sweepking.com, except as otherwise set out in the relevant Special Promotional Terms.

9. FREE SPINS

The following terms and conditions will apply to all Free Spins granted by Sweepking.com to a Player.

i. Free Spins may be offered from time to time, at Sweepking.com sole discretion.

ii. The number of Free Spin may vary, at the sole discretion of Sweepking.com as specified in the Special Promotional Terms.

iii. All Free Spin granted will be made available for a limited period of time and available to claim until a specific date.

iv. Free Spins can only be used with a specific Sweepstakes game(s) as determined by Sweepking.com, in its sole discretion (the “Promoted Free Spin Games”).

v. All Free Spin prizes are credited as Bonus SC and, together with any prizes derived therefrom, are subject to the applicable playthrough requirement before redemption.

vi. To use or benefit from a Free Spins you must claim these Free Spins.

vii. Any claimed Free Spin will be automatically activated and will be subject to Playthrough.

viii. Any Free Spin amount transferred to the User’s Account Balance above this maximum, will be removed or cancelled.

ix. A Player will be able to redeem the Free Spins prizes transferred to the User’s Account Balance immediately without any further conditions after meeting all Playthrough requirements.

x. We reserve the right to cancel any granted and activated Free Spin if, in Sweepking.com's sole discretion, we consider there has been an abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent or irregular use of the Free Spins. Any such behaviour and/or activity will be considered as an abuse subject to the terms of Section 5 and result in the cancellation of the Free Spins, any Free Spin balance and may result in closure of the account at Sweepking.com's sole discretion.

The present Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Free Spins granted by Sweepking.com, except as otherwise set out in the relevant Special Promotional Terms.

10. CASHBACKS

The following terms and conditions will apply to all Cashback promotions offered by Sweepking.com.

i. The Cashback shall be available for a limited period of time of 30 days, with a defined starting and ending date and time, as specified by Sweepking.com through the Special Promotional Terms.

ii. To be eligible for a cashback, you must access any of the qualifying games.

iii. “Cashback” equals cashback % of Participant GGR for the Promotion Period on qualifying games.

iv. All Cashback prizes carry playthrough requirements as same as for other Bonus SC.

v. If your Participant GGR is zero or negative, no Cashback is awarded.

vi. Cashback is awarded as Bonus SC under §7; notwithstanding §7, Cashback carries 0× playthrough and is redeemable immediately.

vii. Cashback Crediting Schedule. The timing of any cashback and the crediting of any associated Bonus Sweeps Coins (“Bonus SC”) depends on the source of the cashback. The applicable Special Promotion Terms and/or the specific bonus description will state the schedule. By way of example only: (i) daily-bonus cashback may be credited the next calendar day or consolidated weekly on Fridays; (ii) VIP cashback may be credited by the end of the calendar month; and (iii) holiday cashback may be credited on the applicable holiday or within seventy-two (72) hours thereafter. If no schedule is specified, Bonus SC will be credited within seventy-two (72) hours after you satisfy the relevant eligibility requirements

viii. We reserve the right to void any cashback bonus for any Player if, in Sweepking.com’s sole discretion, we consider there has been an abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent, irregular, use of the Cashback. Any such behaviour and/or activity will be considered as an abuse subject to the terms of Section 5 and may imply the account closure, at Sweepking.com own discretion.

ix. The present terms shall apply to all Cashbacks granted by Sweepking.com, except as set out in the relevant Special Promotional Terms.
