These Promotion Official Rules (the “Promo Rules”) govern the “Stars, Stripes & SweepKing” promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by Winzilla Ltd. (a company registered in Cyprus, registration number ΗΕ 474611, registered address: 39 Dimofontos Street, 3rd Floor, Office 301, Nicosia 1075, Cyprus), the owner and operator of SweepKing (sweepking.com) (the “Sponsor” or “Promoter”).
These Promo Rules supplement, and are to be read together with, the SweepKing Sweepstakes Rules (version 1.2, dated 1 January 2026) (the “Master Rules”) and the SweepKing Terms of Use (the “Terms”). In the event of any conflict between these Promo Rules and the Master Rules or the Terms, these Promo Rules will control only with respect to this Promotion and only to the extent of the conflict. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Master Rules or the Terms.
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promo Rules, the Master Rules, and the Terms, including without limitation the mandatory binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions set forth in Section 16 of the Terms.
1. Sponsor / Promoter
The sole Sponsor and Promoter of the Promotion is Winzilla Ltd., 39 Dimofontos Street, 3rd Floor, Office 301, Nicosia 1075, Cyprus.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on 26 June 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on 5 July 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Any purchase made, or AMOE entry received, outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Promotion offers described herein.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who, at all times during their participation in the Promotion: (a) are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or such higher minimum age of majority required in their jurisdiction), and not less than twenty-one (21) years of age where the SweepKing platform requires age 21+; (b) hold a verified SweepKing User Account in good standing; and (c) are physically located within an Eligible State at the moment of participation.
3.1 Excluded States
The Promotion is not open to, and is void in, the following states (consistent with Section 2 of the Master Rules):
- Excluded jurisdictions: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, and Mississippi (only if the participant is under twenty-one (21) years of age), and any jurisdiction outside the United States.
Participation is also void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by federal, state, or local law. It is each participant’s sole responsibility to determine whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
3.2 Excluded Persons
Officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and any other parties involved in the operation of the Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and step-equivalents) and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in or win under this Promotion.
4. Promotion Overview and Defined Terms
The “Stars, Stripes & SweepKing” Promotion is a limited-time Independence Day-themed promotion featuring the Sponsor’s patriotic creative assets (including the American flag, fireworks, and the SweepKing celebratory top hat). The Promotion offers two tiered offers — Offer A, targeted at new (non-purchasing) Users, and Offer B, targeted at Users who have previously completed at least one Gold Coin purchase — as described in Section 5 below.
All Sweeps Coins awarded in connection with the Promotion are free promotional awards. Sweeps Coins are never sold and cannot be purchased.
For the purposes of these Promo Rules, the following defined terms apply:
- “Gold Coins” or “GC” means the virtual, non-redeemable in-Platform credit that may be purchased and used to play Freemium Games, as defined in the Master Rules and the Terms.
- “Sweeps Coins” or “SC” means standard Sweepstakes Coins, as defined in the Master Rules, awarded as a free promotional bonus in connection with the Promotion. SC are subject to the standard “used at least once in a Sweepstakes Coins game” rule set out in Section 7 of the Master Rules before being eligible for redemption.
- “Bonus Sweeps Coins” or “BSC” means a special category of Sweeps Coins awarded in connection with this Promotion that are subject to the elevated Playthrough Requirement set forth in Section 7 of these Promo Rules. BSC are not eligible for redemption until the Playthrough Requirement is satisfied in full.
- “Eligible First-Time Purchaser” means a User who has not, at any time prior to the start of the Promotion Period, completed any Gold Coin purchase on the SweepKing platform.
- “Eligible Returning Purchaser” means a User who has completed at least one (1) Gold Coin purchase on the SweepKing platform, whether prior to the Promotion Period or during the Promotion Period (including via Offer A).
5. Promotion Offers
5.1 Offer A — First-Time Purchaser Bundles
During the Promotion Period, an Eligible First-Time Purchaser may purchase one (1) Gold Coin bundle from the three (3) Offer A bundles set forth in the table below. Each Offer A bundle includes the listed quantity of Gold Coins together with a free promotional award of Sweeps Coins (SC) and Bonus Sweeps Coins (BSC):

- Each Eligible First-Time Purchaser is entitled to one (1) Offer A purchase in total during the Promotion Period. After completing one (1) Offer A purchase, the User will no longer be eligible for any further Offer A bundle.
- To qualify for Offer A, the User must not have completed any prior Gold Coin purchase on the SweepKing platform at any time prior to the start of the Promotion Period.
- The Gold Coins, SC, and BSC will be credited to the User’s Account automatically upon successful settlement of the qualifying purchase.
- Playthrough applies to BSC only. The BSC awarded under Offer A are subject to the Playthrough Requirement set forth in Section 7. The SC awarded under Offer A follow the standard Master Rules requirement that Sweepstakes Coins be used at least once in a Sweepstakes Coins game before becoming eligible for redemption (Master Rules, Section 7).
5.2 Offer B — Returning Purchaser Bundles
During the Promotion Period, an Eligible Returning Purchaser may purchase one (1) Gold Coin bundle from the three (3) Offer B bundles set forth in the table below. Each Offer B bundle includes the listed quantity of Gold Coins together with a free promotional award of Sweeps Coins (SC) and Bonus Sweeps Coins (BSC):

- Each Eligible Returning Purchaser is entitled to one (1) Offer B purchase in total during the Promotion Period. After completing one (1) Offer B purchase, the User will no longer be eligible for any further Offer B bundle.
- The Gold Coins, SC, and BSC will be credited to the User’s Account automatically upon successful settlement of the qualifying purchase.
- Playthrough applies to BSC only. The BSC awarded under Offer B are subject to the Playthrough Requirement set forth in Section 7. The SC awarded under Offer B follow the standard Master Rules requirement that Sweepstakes Coins be used at least once in a Sweepstakes Coins game before becoming eligible for redemption (Master Rules, Section 7).
5.3 Sequence of Offers and Combined Use
A User may purchase one (1) Offer A bundle and one (1) Offer B bundle during the Promotion Period, but no more than one (1) bundle from each Offer tier in total, subject to the following:
- A User who is an Eligible First-Time Purchaser at the start of the Promotion Period may first purchase one (1) Offer A bundle. Upon successful settlement of that Offer A purchase, the User becomes an Eligible Returning Purchaser and may then, during the remainder of the Promotion Period, purchase one (1) Offer B bundle.
- A User who is already an Eligible Returning Purchaser at the start of the Promotion Period (i.e., who has completed at least one Gold Coin purchase prior to the Promotion Period) is not eligible for Offer A and may purchase one (1) Offer B bundle directly.
- In no event may a User purchase more than one (1) bundle from Offer A or more than one (1) bundle from Offer B during the Promotion Period.
6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase is necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes or to receive Sweeps Coins. For the duration of the Promotion Period, Users may obtain Sweeps Coins free of charge using any of the AMOE methods set forth in Section 6 of the Master Rules, including the mail-in AMOE.
Each AMOE submission made during the Promotion Period will receive the standard AMOE Sweeps Coin allocation set forth in the Master Rules. Sweeps Coins obtained through AMOE during the Promotion Period are subject to the same in-game odds, Return-to-Player (RTP), and rules as Sweeps Coins awarded by any other method, and may be played and redeemed on the same terms as all other Sweeps Coins, in accordance with the Master Rules.
AMOE is not available to residents of the Excluded States identified in Section 3.1 of these Promo Rules and Section 6 of the Master Rules.
7. Playthrough Requirement (Applies to BSC Only)
Bonus Sweeps Coins (BSC) awarded under Offer A or Offer B must complete a playthrough requirement equal to twenty (20) times the amount of BSC awarded (the “Playthrough Requirement”) before becoming eligible for redemption for a Prize. By way of illustration: 125 BSC must be played through a cumulative amount of 2,500 SC/BSC in eligible Sweepstakes Games before any portion of the BSC (or any Sweeps Coins won from the play of the BSC) is eligible for redemption.
- Playthrough applies only to BSC. The standard SC component of Offer A and Offer B (i.e., the SC quantities listed in the tables in Sections 5.1 and 5.2) is not subject to the 20× Playthrough Requirement. The SC component follows the standard Master Rules requirement that Sweepstakes Coins must be used at least once in a Sweepstakes Coins game before becoming eligible for redemption.
- The Playthrough Requirement does not apply to Sweeps Coins obtained through AMOE, daily-login bonuses, social-media giveaways, or any other free-entry method outside this Promotion.
- Playthrough is calculated cumulatively across all eligible Sweepstakes Games and is tracked automatically by the SweepKing platform. Users may view their current Playthrough progress in their Account.
- Until the Playthrough Requirement is fully satisfied, the BSC (and any Sweeps Coins won from play of the BSC) will be flagged in the User’s Account as ineligible for redemption.
- BSC will expire and be forfeited thirty (30) days after they are credited to the User’s Account if the Playthrough Requirement has not been satisfied within that period. Upon expiry, any BSC balance and any portion of Sweeps Coins won from play of BSC that has not satisfied the Playthrough Requirement will be removed from the User’s Account.
8. Sweeps Coin Redemption
Once the applicable use/playthrough condition has been satisfied (the standard use-once rule for SC, or the 20× Playthrough Requirement for BSC), the relevant Sweeps Coins (and any Sweeps Coins won from play thereof) become eligible for redemption in accordance with Section 9 of the Master Rules, subject to: (a) the Sponsor’s identity, age, address, and source-of-funds verification (Know-Your-Customer) checks; (b) the minimum redemption threshold set forth in the Master Rules; (c) confirmation of the User’s eligibility under Section 3 of these Promo Rules; and (d) all applicable tax-reporting and withholding requirements.
The Sponsor reserves the right to delay or withhold redemption pending the completion of verification, including without limitation where the Sponsor reasonably suspects bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, payment fraud, or any other breach of these Promo Rules, the Master Rules, or the Terms.
9. Limitations, Abuse Prevention, and Forfeiture
- One Account per User. Each User may participate in the Promotion through one (1) SweepKing Account only. The use of multiple Accounts, shared payment instruments, or collusive play is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of all BSC, any Prize won therefrom, and (at the Sponsor’s discretion) any unused SC awarded under the Promotion.
- One bundle per Offer tier. A User may purchase no more than one (1) bundle from Offer A and no more than one (1) bundle from Offer B during the Promotion Period, in accordance with Section 5.3.
- Bonus abuse. If, in the reasonable opinion of the Sponsor, a User is abusing the Promotion to derive any advantage or gain for themselves or another User (including by fraudulent conduct, charge-back abuse, or circumvention of the Playthrough Requirement), the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, withhold, deny, or cancel any bonus, BSC, SC, or Prize, and may suspend or terminate the User’s Account.
- Geolocation. The Sponsor uses real-time geolocation to confirm that the User is physically located within an Eligible State at the moment of participation. Any attempt to circumvent geolocation (including by use of a VPN, proxy, or location spoofing tool) is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- Combinability. The Promotion offers may not be combined or stacked with any other promotion, bonus, voucher, or offer, except as expressly permitted in writing by the Sponsor. For the avoidance of doubt, Offer A and Offer B may be used sequentially by a single User in accordance with Section 5.3; this sequential use does not constitute prohibited stacking.
- Non-transferability. The right to receive any SC, BSC, bonus, or Prize under this Promotion is personal to the eligible User and is not transferable or assignable. No cash or other substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
- Forfeiture on Account closure. If a User’s Account is closed for any reason (including at the Sponsor’s discretion), all unused SC, BSC, and any Sweeps Coins or Prizes derived therefrom may be cancelled and deemed forfeited.
10. Responsible Gaming
The Sponsor is committed to responsible play. Users who have self-excluded, set deposit limits, set play limits, or otherwise activated any responsible gaming control on their Account will not be eligible to receive the Promotion offers to the extent that participation in the Promotion would conflict with the controls in effect on the Account. Information on responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, deposit limits, play limits, and time-out, is available in the SweepKing Responsible Gaming Policy and in the User’s Account settings.
11. General Terms
11.1 Modification, Suspension, and Termination
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion (in whole or in part), to amend these Promo Rules, or to disqualify any User, at any time and for any reason, including (without limitation) if the Sponsor determines that the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, force majeure, regulatory action, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control. Any modification will be effective when posted to the SweepKing website. Continued participation following any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Promo Rules.
11.2 Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Promotion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The Sponsor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. In no event will the Sponsor’s aggregate liability to any User under or in connection with the Promotion exceed the amount paid by such User to the Sponsor during the Promotion Period.
11.3 Governing Law; Arbitration
These Promo Rules incorporate by reference Sections 15 and 16 of the Terms, including the mandatory binding arbitration provisions, the JAMS arbitration framework, and the class action waiver. To the extent the law of any state is applied or considered with respect to the enforceability or scope of any arbitration provision, the law of the State of Delaware shall exclusively apply, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and the Federal Arbitration Act will control.
11.4 Privacy
The Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is governed by the SweepKing Privacy Policy, available at sweepking.com.
11.5 Severability
If any provision of these Promo Rules is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving the parties’ intent.
11.6 Entire Agreement; Relationship to Master Rules and Terms
These Promo Rules, together with the Master Rules, the Terms, and the SweepKing Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Sponsor with respect to the Promotion, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof.
